Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive change and optimize performance.
• Proficiency in logistics technology, including warehouse and transportation management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with internal and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
